HOOPS Indonesia stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your gear. We stand by our products and we will only be doing returns if there are any defects in our items or error from our part. (Ex. Shipping the wrong pair of shoes, wrong sizes, both shoes shipped are for left or right side only)
- Items purchased in a HOOPS Indonesia retail store must be returned in-store within 7 days of purchase.
- Items purchased online using Bank Mandiri / BCA / DOKU must be returned online within 7 days of purchase.
- You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.
- Items must be unused and unwashed.
- Return shipping fee will be covered by HOOPS Indonesia
- Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.
- Note that items purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to their return policy.
There will be two options available when you do a return:
- We will exchange the items with the same item. (This depends on the the availability of the items).
- We will refund you the money if there the item is not available.
